My computer was frozen on the google page by the zeus virus.A window opened inside the google page and it advised me to call the number and not to turn the pc off.I called the number and was answered by a woman who said she was in America,she wanted me to hold the win key and press r,,command prompt came up and she told me to type ,www.helpme.net.i did and it opened new tab but froze again twice .Then she got me to open the html page by typing hh h and enter. It wanted my name and then a code that she started to say ,and when i asked her if this was free she just kept saying the code that she wanted me to type,it took me to raise my voice before she responded with that it was free to diagnose the problem, i told her to f off and hung up , and no i didn't put in the code,, bloody scammers need to be caught and i hope this will help catch these people and save others from this hell.
