he is from Telstra for savings on my landline and broadband claiming to be Telstra.
I am Not with Telstra.

Call us trying to tell me I need to change my plan on my phone when clearly it wasn't Telstra but tried pull themselves off as Telstra. Very rude, couldn't speak English clearly, wouldn't explain the reason for his call. Told him I was busy as I was at work and just kept talking over me
