This is a fake call from Civic Compliance, they called me saying they need to discuss an outstanding matter, ( I know I have all my matters resolved) so I called Civiv Compliance straight away and asked them if they had called me or I had something else pending, they said NO, they have no called me, nor do I have a pending matter. THIS IS FAKE PLEASE BE AWARE. Do not call the number they give you, call the number on the internet 1800. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE

got call from this number but they hung up after 3 tries so guessing it was a scam. so glad i googled the number...

I had a missed call from this number and called them back. I was immediately suspicious as they wanted my details so they could tell me what fine I had owning... i just said I hadnt received any infringements and said I wouldn't be providing any details then hung up.
they sound legitimate with the voice recording at the start when you call the number back.

This is a scam
They will tell you that they are from civic compliance Victoria and then they will collect all your personal details including credit card. just don't talk and hang up. civic compliance will always send you something in writing, it in worst scenario a sheriff. they never ring around and collect payment for fines that have never been issued.
