this person masquerades as other people and is basically a stalker. If you ask them is that you "Donna" (or any other name) they say yes, hoping to get more information and a conversation out of you. They send SMS messages and if they call your number they hang up once you have said "hello". Their number cannot be traced as its probably a skype number.
