This caller is a scam trying to get your details claiming you had a car accident in the last 12 mths and they have your name. They are English speakers, well spoken and polite trying to sound professional. DO NOT be fooled - this is a SCAM its called claim farming. They sell your information and cause fradulant claims to be made with insurance companies (see article in the Brisbane Courier Mail) Be aware!
