This number has rung me 3 times in under 5 minutes, tried to ring back but voice recording states "this number cannot continue dialing,please call directory for assistance'....

Strangely enough,15 - 20 minutes prior laptop froze with message stating ' microsoft has been notified this computer has a virus, please call........, do not attempt to shut down computer as it will be blocked,
and then 'OK' at the base

Do not press OK, this starts the virus
I closed browser, then forced a shutdown.

Coincidence?
