Asked a family member for computer administrator passwords, then told us we would have to pay to get computer "fixed".
We hung up and disconnected the computer immediately.

Astra Tech 1800009382 also conned $700 out of me with a frozen computer scam which looked like Apple technical support.

100% a scam. Froze a family members computer, advised them to call this number, wouldn't unlock the computer until he paid $700 unfortunately family member fell for this, gave them remote Acess/ credit card info over the phone. Advised Family member they were from the company his laptop is through, I called them they advised web specialist solutions.
