I got suspicious when she explained me that they with Microsoft and its all guranted. I didn't even ask her anything

I got the same message as above..
called the number the lady was rude and blunt (speaking in her language have the time)...
do not allow her access to your laptop.. did not assist in anyway..
asked for her name and company she avoided answering.. do not listen to this message. asked for to enter in personal details etc.. not worth the time, absolutely useless

A spam telephone nos which warned you about virus in your computer and you are to ring this nos to get their help.
Please dont do it.

I was using internet and a letter popup disrupted my work. The letter stated that it is from Microsoft windows 10 and warned that my computer has been infected with spyware that could steel my credit details and I must contact the above number to solve the problem otherwise my computer will be disconnected with the system. I call the above number but it was busy all the time. I checked in the internet the number is not one of Microsoft.
